Creag Mor This is a 97m2 1½ storey house giving three ample bedrooms and two bathrooms, with combined kitchen, dining & living area and large first floor area taking advantage of the large dormer window to take full advantage of the view. Heated with underfloor heating, with programmable thermostats in each room ensures the correct temperature is maintained throughout the day, minimising energy usage. The whole of the house is finished with polished pine flooring.
Clamhan Set in a remote location the construction of this house needed a maximum utilisation of timber to be in keeping with its wooded surroundings. The exterior is finished in timber cladding laid in a horizontal orientation. Being a 123m2 1½ storey house giving four bedrooms two of which are large doubles and two smaller single rooms. Two bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen/utility. This is a surprisingly spacey house for its size, having large dormers to enhance the bedrooms.
Garbh Bheinn This is a 1 ¾ storey house designed by D Kelly Design. The entire house is floored with solid Oak. The staircase was manufactured specifically for the house and designed by the owner.
Ariundle Currently under construction, this is a single storey bungalow with integral garage, designed by Bidwells. Total floor area 175m2, with a 3m feature ceiling in the lounge.
